Last season, Des Buckingham’s Oxford United defied the odds, dominating heavy favourites Bolton Wanderers, to win the League One Play-Off Final 2-0. It’s April 2019 and I can name at least four teams that might not make the end of the season.
1-1, probably the right result, all things being considered but I feel this was one of Wanderers better performances over the last couple of months.
Adam Le Fondre, the world’s most potent striker, or at least that’s what he has been to Bolton Wanderers fans over the last three years. And to make it worse, I think he’d make a massive difference to the team today.
