Keys to the Super Bowl: Tampa Bay

Keys to the Super Bowl: Tampa Bay

Super Bowl LV is fast approaching and here are the keys, I believe could guide the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to the title.

 Deep Shots:

Kansas City’s offence is no secret, and no matter what, Patrick Mahomes will find a way on the board, which is why Tampa taking big shots down the field will be so important. Tom Brady can do pretty much anything with the ball, has several deep threat weapons with, Chris Godwin, Mike Evans and Scotty Miller, who showed his deep threat during the NFC Championship Game, scoring a TD just before HT. The big shots are important as you have to match Mahomes shot for shot, we know Brady can do it but its important his receivers keep up, if so, we could have a real sling show.

The Line-backer Group:

Tampa has an outstanding LB group that includes Devin White, Shaquil Barrett, Lavonte David and Jason Pierre-Paul. This group played lights out in Green Bay with White getting one fumble recovery and 9 tackes, Pierre-Paul getting 2 sacks and Barrett getting 3 sacks. This group will be a key to victory as any chance of the Buccaneers stopping the Chiefs offence will be through them, any fumbles, will be caused by this group, any interceptions deep, will most likely be because of pressure by this group. If this defence get a big play early, look for them to really set the pace.

Tom Brady:

It is completely stating the obvious, but Brady is the biggest factor in this Super Bowl for this team. Brady is arguably the greatest NFL player of all time and has been on this stage many times before, he has an inexperienced team, and his guidance will be incredibly important. The Bucs defence may have bailed him out in the Championship team, but this is a different type of game and will very much be decided on whether Brady can get this offence going or not. It will be down to the Head Coach Bruce Arians, who has stated before, he lets Tom coach, does this and lets him take the game into his own hands at the right times for Tampa to use his experience and grab the game when it needs to. You must let him play and if he does get up to his speed, then like I’ve said, we could be in for a big scoring game.
